Chris Hillman is guesting on Paul Weller's new CD titled FIND EL DORADO, an album of acoustic covers, released on July 25, 2025.
Ordered but not received yet, but I guess Chris is at least on "White Line Fever".
Update / Correction
Having now received the CD, I noticed that it's not The Byrds' Chris Hillman but a namesake, a U.K. pedal steel guitar player who is featured on "White Line Fever".
“The Magic Time Machine Of Love”
Chris P James (vocals/keys), Bob Hatter (guitars), Tony Paoletta (pedal steel), Peter Young (drums)
From Amazon:
--- 'The Magic Time Machine Of Love' finds Nashville's Burrito Brothers pushing Cosmic American Music into tomorrow with eleven tracks that mingle fresh songwriting with daring reinventions. Gram Parsons' voice, isolated via the same AI technology used on the Beatles' "Now and Then", soars alongside the band on "Pride Of Man" and "More And More", while Procol Harum's "A Whiter Shade Of Pale" appears in a lush country-soul arrangement restoring Keith Reid's unused verses. Original Flying Burrito alumni Jon Corneal and Ian Dunlop swagger through "Used To Do", steel guitar legend Al Perkins adds shimmer to "More And More" and the James Brothers lend harmonies to a twang-kissed cover of the Beatles' "What Goes On".
From the progressive-country sweep of "Tales Of Desire" to the vintage Bakersfield snap of "Love Blast", this limited-edition CD bridges past and present, expanding the Burrito legacy while honoring the genre's richest traditions. ---
· 1 Intro - Gram Parsons 0:30
· 2 A Whiter Shade Of Pale 6:06
· 3 Captain Bobby Stout 5:49
· 4 Pride Of Man 3:41
· 5 Peace Song 3:09
· 6 Used To Do 2:44
· 7 Gram Praises 0:37
· 8 More And More 2:46
· 9 What Goes On 3:09

I’m missing one track by Chris Hillman
If any good soul could post a link to get it, I would be eternally grateful.
The source and the link won’t be published.
Thanks in advance.

“A mix of fourteen rare acoustic and electric tracks from the late country-rock pioneer and legendary member of The Byrds and Kentucky Colonels. The set includes tracks recorded both at the beginning and at the peak of his career, showcasing his critically acclaimed flat-picking guitar style. Features guest players such as Eric Weissberg, the Byrds' Roger McGuinn, Gene Parsons, and Skip Battin, the Flying Burrito Brothers' Byron Berline, and a rare rehearsal performance with the Everly Brothers with Gram Parsons on rhythm guitar.”
