Bill Phelan from Maryland, USA has a new CD out, an album of 17 original songs, titled That Photograph.
It is influenced by The Byrds and the music of their heyday, so there are guitars and harmonies.
The album has been described as "an East Coast encapsulation of Laurel Canyon cool".
The album is listed on Bandcamp at

The songs are also on YouTube (under his name) and are available for streaming on pretty much every music streaming service.

Journeyman jangle from veteran Folk Rock tunesmith who, via this gem-like collection ringing with sonic quality, sparkles & shines. "I call that a bargain," one of "the best I ever had."
